WinCPR End User License Agreement
Permission is granted by the publishers for text
and graphics from the WinCPR browser to be reproduced in
publications (for non-commerical use) provided that appropriate
reference to the browser is made. See the ‘Introductory Paper’ for
the correct citation format. For commercial use, please contact
ATTENTION: USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO THE
WinCPR SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS SET OUT BELOW. USING THE SOFTWARE
INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE LICENSE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT
ACCEPT THESE LICENSE TERMS, YOU MUST RETURN (WHERE APPROPRIATE) THE
WinCPR SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS
Licensees of WinCPR are granted a non-exclusive
license of the software, subject to the following:
1. The software may not be copied, transferred or loaned to any
other individual or organisation. Registration is required for each
The software is owned and copyrighted by SAHFOS. Your license
confers no title or ownership in the software and is not a sale of
any rights in the software.
The software must not be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system,
or transferred between parties other than as authorised above
without the express and written permission of SAHFOS. Copying is
theft. All rights are reserved. SAHFOS makes no warranty, either
express or implied, with respect to this software, its performance,
merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. No
responsibility is accepted for any problems or damage arising
directly, indirectly, or consequentially from the use or misuse of
the software and/or associated items. We reserve the right to alter
the program at any time.
No Disassembly or Decryption
You may not disassemble or decompile the software unless prior
written consent is obtained. Upon request, you will provide SAHFOS
with reasonably detailed information regarding any disassembly or
decompilation. You may not decrypt the software unless decryption is
a necessary part of the operation of the software.
SAHFOS may terminate your license upon notice for failure to
comply with any of these License Terms. Upon termination, you must
immediately destroy the Manuals and Software, together with all
copies, adaptations and merged portions in any form.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England. This
Agreement may only be modified by a license addendum by a written
document that has been signed by both you and SAHFOS.
